Ugly fight erupts between customer and McDonald's staff, video goes viral

Working in the service industry is no easy task, and for one McDonald's employee it became all too clear when they got into a altercation with a customer. In a now viral video which captured footage of one of the staff members throwing a drink at the customer, who retaliates by hurling food and other beverages back at the employees. The confrontation quickly escalates as both parties become visibly agitated.

The incident reportedly occurred on June 15 at a McDonald's branch in Wynyard, Sydney. The video's caption, "People who work in retail or customer service should be allowed to punch on with 3 people a year. Starting with this guy," added further context to the intense encounter.

Amassing over a million views, the video elicited diverse reactions from internet users. Some expressed concern over the actions of the staff, stating that regardless of the customer's behavior, throwing a hot beverage was dangerous and unacceptable.
