UGC-NET June 2026: Re-Exam for Three Subjects

While results have been announced for 84 subjects, NTA will conduct the UGC-NET June 2026 examination again for English, Commerce and Sociology.


The re-examination is scheduled to take place on September 9 and 10, 2026. Candidates appearing for these subjects should check the official NTA announcements for further details regarding the examination schedule and instructions.

UGC-NET June 2026 Re-Examination Schedule

As per the revised schedule, the English paper will be conducted on September 9 in Shift 1, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Commerce paper will take place on September 9 in Shift 2, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

The Sociology paper is scheduled for September 10 in Shift 1, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

No Additional Fee for Re-Examination

Candidates appearing for the re-examinations will not have to pay any additional examination fee.
