UGC NET Exam Date 2025: Subject-wise full schedule released, download here

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the exam dates for UGC NET June 2025 session. The computer-based tests will be held across India in two shifts daily from June 25 to June 29. The subject-wise schedule for all 85 subjects is available on the official website- ugcnet.nta.ac.in, and admit cards are expected to be released around 10 days before the first exam.

UGC NET June 2025 Examination Schedule and Admit Card Availability

The UGC-NET June 2025 exam will be conducted over five days, from June 25 to June 29. The exams will be held online in two shifts per day. The NTA has confirmed that candidates will be tested for eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor positions, or admission to Ph.D. programmes, depending on their selected criteria.

NTA will notify candidates about their exam city approximately 10 days before the exam date. This advance notice is intended to help candidates make necessary travel and logistical arrangements.


The admit cards will be available for download on the official NTA website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in, around 10 days before the exams begin. Candidates are advised to download and print their admit cards well in advance and verify all details, including the date, time, and examination venue.

Submit the form to view the admit card.
