Two States actor Ronit Roy rents out 950 sq ft office space in Mumbai's Andheri West for 60 months for Rs 1.39 Crore

Actor Ronit Roy has rented out an office space in Mumbai for nearly five years. It is a 950 sq ft office space which reportedly has been leased to skin and hair care firm Kerawi Care (OPC) Private Limited. Ronit Roy has rented out the office space which is located in Andheri West for almost 1.39 crore for the duration of 5 years.

Ronit Roy's office space in Andheri West

According to reports the office space is located on the fourth floor of Vastu Prestige near City Mall in Andheri West. The rent per month is Rs 2.1 lakh and the rent annually will be increased by 5 percent. The security deposit was for around Rs 6.5 lakh.


The monthly rent will increase by 5% annually, starting at Rs 2.10 lakh in the first year. It will rise to Rs 2.20 lakh in the second year, Rs 2.31 lakh in the third year, Rs 2.43 lakh in the fourth year and Rs 2.55 lakh in the fifth year.

The agreement includes a 36-month lock-in period for both the licensor and the tenant. Under the terms, the licensor will be responsible for property taxes, maintenance fees and non-occupancy charges, while the tenant will pay electricity bills based on actual consumption. However, the report noted that the agreement does not mention any designated car parking space for the office.

Ronit Roy bought a Rs 18.94 crore apartment in Versova

According to a Times of India report, the actor purchased a 4,258 sq ft apartment in Mumbai’s Versova area for Rs 18.94 crore two years ago. The property is located on a higher floor of the Lodha Versova project, developed by Macrotech Developers, which operates under the Lodha brand.
