The home-grown two-wheeler manufacturer’s retro presentation aka retro-modern styled bike – TVS Ronin – has been in news for quite some time. However, after a slew of spy images over a month and now with the surfaced undraped images, ending the game of hide and seek. In the leaked pics of the upcoming TVS Ronin, the details of design, styling, and hardware used in the bike can be clearly seen. The new Ronin is set to launch on 06 July 2022. After the official unveiling, the bookings will soon open.

Inspired by the Scrambler-style outline, the bike will feature full-LED lighting, while dual disc brakes and upside-down front forks will be seen as standard. Some more attributes and features in the list that makes it a truly Scrambler fashioned two wheeler are the round headlamps, dual-tone paint, blacked-out engine, almond-shaped fuel tank, side-slung muffler and one-piece saddle. With full-LED lighting, as seen in the images. It also has a high chance of the TVS Ronin, getting the TVS SmartXonnect Bluetooth module. The SmartXonnect has the ability to display turn-by-turn navigation, incoming calls, and SMS alongside email alerts, etc.

The overall look of the Ronin provides slight feel of the now discontinued Bajaj V twins. However, the yellow front forks and big LED headlight alongside twin disc brake at both ends acts as differentiator to a larger extent.

On the mechanical front, the Ronin will get an air and oil-cooled 223cc engine. The accurate specs have not yet been revealed by the company. However, sources suggest that the upcoming TVS Ronin will ride on 223cc single-cylinder engine that will give out nearly 20 bhp and 20 Nm of power and torque output respectively. For cushioned long rides, the upside-down front forks and rear mono-shock suspension will work wonders for the riders and furthermore in order to provide an aesthetic appeal, the Ronin will flaunt alloy wheels with silver-finished spokes.
