Tunisha Sharma suicide case: Her mother accuses Sheezan Khan's family of blackmail, claims 'she was taught Urdu'

The death of actress Tunisha Sharma shocked the entire country. On December 24, the 20-year-old actress committed suicide. Her body was discovered hanging in the makeup area of her ex-boyfriend and co-star Sheezan Khan on the set of their continuing programme ‘Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul’. Her mother has accused the latter of abetting Tunisha's suicide.

Vanita Sharma, Tunisha's mother, has also stated that her ex-boyfriend Sheezan had been cheating on her prior to her death. They allegedly split up two weeks before her death. Later, Vanita said that Sheezan used to take drugs and that Tunisha's behaviour changed at this period. She also claimed that Sheezan compelled her to follow Islam.


The late actress's mother also claims that she had talked to Sheezan after they broke up. Vanita Sharma said that his family taught her Urdu, which changed how her daughter acted when she was with him. She said that Tunisha seemed far away and started to speak in the language.

The Waliv police are checking the messages between Tunisha, Sheezan, and Sheezan's family on her phone, which was unlocked by a team from Apple on Thursday. The police say that Sheezan's mother and sister Falak Naaz will also be brought in on Friday to give their statements.
