TS TET 2022: Results to be released today; here’s how to check

TS TET 2022 results are expected to be out today and can be checked on the official website https://tstet.cgg.gov.in/.

TS TET, which stands for Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test, is a qualifying exam for candidates who want to apply for teaching jobs in government schools.

The date and time for the TS TET 2022 result were earlier shared by Manabadi. The exam conducting body has also released the final answer keys for all subjects on June 29, 2022.


Now the results are expected to be declared online on their official website https://tstet.cgg.gov.in/.

The school education minister had instructed the officials to declare the TET results as soon as possible. Following a meeting that concluded on June 28, 2022, at Manabadi, they concluded the date for declaring the result, and it is likely to be released by today.

TS TET exam for teaching jobs in primary, middle, and senior secondary classes took place on June 12, 2022. Almost 3.51 lakh candidates appeared in this examination held in three different segments, namely, Paper 1, Paper 2, and Paper 3.

Qualifying score and validity for TS TET 2022 certification
The qualifying score for the TS TET exam is 60%, which means that candidates who have taken the TS TET need to score at least 60 marks to clear the exam. The qualifying marks for candidates in the reserved category are lower than 60%.

Candidates who qualify for this exam would be eligible to bag teaching jobs in different government schools at the primary, middle, and senior secondary levels. As per the Right to Education Act, TET certification is a must for candidates applying for teaching jobs in government schools.

As per the new rules, the TS TET certificate comes with lifetime validity, which means if a candidate has cleared the TET exam, they can apply for teaching jobs in various government schools in the current year as well as in future. And they need not appear for the TET exam ever in future if they decide to apply for teaching jobs in future instead of the present year.
