Krystle D'Souza's Mumbai Home
A few months ago, Krystle D'Souza invited Urban Company into her home and gave viewers a tour of her space."I created this space during lockdown. When the world was making banana bread, I was knee-deep in plywood and shade cards. And look what I created for myself," she said in the video.
The main door opens into a small corridor that leads to a spacious living room with eggshell-coloured walls. A wooden panel adds an accent to one of the walls while complementing the overall aesthetic of the space.
Inside The Living Room
The living area features a white sofa along with another sofa set framed in antique-style wood. A blue-grey rug beneath the coffee table adds a subtle pop of colour without overpowering the room's decor.A hanging light fixture adds a rustic touch to one corner. On another wall sits a cabinet, with its upper section displaying Krystle's awards and souvenirs collected from her travels around the world.
An Open Bar For Entertaining
Right beside the cabinet is an open bar, with spirits displayed at the back and three stools arranged in front.Opposite the bar is a wooden dining table with a decorative mirror mounted on the wall, making the room appear even more spacious. Krystle has also shared several photos over the years from this corner of her home.
The actor revealed that she deliberately left the space between the dining area and bar open for dancing, as she loves hosting family and friends, particularly during Diwali.
Why Krystle Bought A Home During The Pandemic
Speaking to Times Entertainment about buying a house in Mumbai at a young age, she said, "I feel I worked very hard from a young age, so now I can enjoy the benefits of that and continue to work harder. I feel proud of myself when I see the pride in my parents' eyes."Krystle said she began looking for a property during the pandemic.
"I only bought it because I loved this property and the amenities. And because it's on a very high floor, the view from my home is beautiful," she added.
