Friends and family advised them to adopt a new pet, but Divya and John knew that Sky was irreplaceable.

Dubai: The Waiting Ground

The couple chose Dubai for Sky’s quarantine, hoping the familiar Hindi-speaking environment would ease his stress. "Video calls became our lifeline," says Divya.
