Bangluru: The picture of a Bengaluru man working on laptop while riding bike has taken the internet by storm. The post of a “workaholic” was shared on Linked In by Harshmeet Singh . In the picture, a man is shown working on a laptop while riding the bike.

The post generated mixed responses from the netizens on social media platforms. Seemingly dangerous, netizens were not all so pleased with either him, his boss, or the driver of the bike. As a fellow human being we might be drawn to think how much stress does a person need to take, to get himself in harms way.

Internet users made comments which didn’t spare his employers. Netizens stressed about how much pressure the management must have piled on the hapless employee. Some were very stern on the pillion rider and reminded him of his loved ones at home and how it is very dangerous trying this stunt if the rider has to brake suddenly. Some wrote, if he were thrown off the bike on top of the flyover, some poor person below it might get a laptop for free and will thank the gods, not him.

Harshmeet the Linked in user, poured venom on the employers, as it was obvious the pillion rider was meeting a work deadline. He questioned the efficacy of his boss who could pile so much pressure on the subordinate that he would be forced to work riding pillion. He questioned the phrases by the boss in such circumstances where words like ‘Urgent” and “ASAP” are used liberally. He reminded the bosses that they were immune to understanding how such words impacted an employee. This certainly puts a colleague in grave danger in order to meet a deadline.

This post has garnered plenty of reactions amongst netizens primarily advising the pillion rider to have stopped the bike and finished his work. Another blamed Harshmeet as to why he didn’t confront the rider to avoid doing this, rather than blaming his boss. This post attracted 41,000 likes and plenty of comments.
