Welcome to Riverdale, India! The milkshakes are just as delightful, but the setting? Quite a departure. Director Zoya Akhtar's reimagination of the beloved Archie Comics is set in an Anglo-Indian hill station in 1964. Agastya Nanda portrays the charming and music-passionate Archie Andrews, torn between Betty and Veronica. Suhana Khan takes on the role of Veronica Lodge, the confident and trendsetting girl whose generosity matches the size of her mansion. Vedang Raina plays Reggie Mantle, the good-looking jokester with a secret crush. Mihir Ahuja becomes Jughead Jones, the foodie with a penchant for unique headwear and a fear of girls. Dot, portrayed by Aditi Saigal, shines as the underrated and ambitious Ethel Muggs. Lastly, Yuvraj Menda portrays the brilliant and fashionable Dilton Doiley, harboring a secret struggle.
