Tamil Nadu Board HSC Result 2023: See when, where to check

The Tamil Nadu Board HSC result 2023 will be released on tnresults.nic.in next week by the Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu.

According to the official announcement of the organisation made last week, the Tamil Nadu Plus 2 result 2023 may be released on May 8 at 9:30 am. Once released, the candidates can see their Tamil Nadu HSC result on the website, tnresults.nic.in.

The Tamil Nadu official website says, "HSE(+2) Results is expected on Monday, 8th May 2023, @ 09:30 Hrs."


The Minister of School Education of Tamil Nadu is likely to announce the results for Tamil Nadu Plus 2 results 2023 during a press conference at the Anna Centenary Library, the media reports said.

The Tamil Nadu class 12 result link on the official website will get activated after the announcement. The board may also come up with the number of candidates qualified, overall pass percentage, HSC topper list and other crucial details regarding the examination.

To pass the Tamil Nadu Plus 2 examination, candidates need at least 35 per cent marks in each subject. Those candidates, who fail to score the minimum passing mark, can give the supplementary exams.

Step 1: Go to the official website of the board, tnresults.nic.in

Step 2: If the results are announced, click the link ‘HSE(+2) May 2023 Results’.

Step 3: Now, the candidates need to enter their details, such as registration number, date of birth, etc. And click the ‘Get Marks’ button.

Step 4: On the screen, Tamil Nadu HSC Result will appear.

Step 5: Download the Tamil Nadu Board Result 2023 and take a printout.
