Sushant Singh Rajput's Bandra apartment still vacant, truth revealed by real estate agent
The home in Bandra, Mumbai, where Sushant Singh Rajput was discovered dead, is having difficulty finding a new tenant.

Rafique Merchant, a real estate broker, recently tweeted a video of the sea-facing property and stated that it is offered for rent for 5 lakh per month.
The broker disclosed that the flat's owner, an NRI, is no longer prepared to rent it to Bollywood superstars.
They are now seeking a corporate tenant, but nothing appears to be working out as of yet. Sushant Singh Rajput was discovered dead in his residence on June 14, 2020, and the Mumbai Police originally considered it a suicide.
Rafique Merchant said to Bollywood Hungama that he couldn't find a renter for his property because people were afraid to relocate here. He said that when people learned that it was the same apartment where Sushant Singh Rajput died, they refused to come.
Rafique explained why there is no new renter in the flat. The real estate broker also disclosed in the interview that the owner of the flat does not want to reduce the rent. However, he said that the renters believe they could acquire the same-sized flat for the same price without the baggage of the incident.
Sushant reportedly leased the apartment for about 4.5 lakh per month from December 2019. He was living with his housemates and his girlfriend-actor, Rhea Chakraborty, who was also residing with him throughout the COVID-19 lockdown.
The Central Bureau of Investigation examined Sushant's death, with the Enforcement Directorate and the Narcotics Control Bureau looking into the financial and drug-related aspects of the case.
Sushant Singh Rajput may have left the world, but his followers will never forget him.
