Every year, the fair transforms the quiet stretch of Surajkund Road into a cultural hub. Craftspeople, performers, and food vendors from across India and abroad come together to showcase traditional arts, crafts, and culinary delights.

To manage heavy visitor traffic, authorities have imposed vehicle restrictions around the fair. Heavy and commercial vehicles are banned from January 31 to February 15 between 7 AM and 11:59 PM.Roads closed for heavy vehicles:

- Ankhir towards Surajkund
- NHPC Chowk towards Surajkund
- Prahladpur Delhi Border towards Surajkund
Alternate routes for commuters from Gurugram to Delhi:
- From Sainik Colony, via Ankhir Chowk to Badkhal Road
- From Sainik Colony, via Pyali Chowk to Bata Chowk and Mathura Road

Authorities have set up 10 designated parking areas for visitors. Drivers are advised to use only authorised zones to avoid delays or penalties. Vehicles entering Faridabad from Prahladpur (Delhi Border) or Shooting Range should use NH-44 via Badarpur.
