Supreme Court acquits business coach and YouTuber Vivek Bindra of all legal cases

The Supreme Court has acquitted YouTuber, motivational speaker, and business coach Dr Vivek Bindra of all pending cases, a NBT report stated. Several fraud-related complaints were filed against him and his company, Bada Business, across the country. Bindra and his company had faced allegations of misleading people with promises of high income through business projects. Cases were also filed questioning his courses, including the “10 Day MBA,” and claims that his programmes resembled money-making chains. The controversies led to sharp criticism on social media and questions about his business model.

After the verdict, Dr Bindra said, “Truth has always won and this has been proved once again, my victory is also the victory of those lakhs of youth and entrepreneurs who have been believing in me for so many years.”

Dr Bindra has been running business learning initiatives for more than a decade. His company offers training programmes and learning modules aimed at young entrepreneurs. He runs YouTube channel and workshops to provide guidance in business growth and entrepreneurship.
