India's batting legend Sunil Gavaskar delivered a congratulatory speech to star batter Cheteshwar Pujara as the 35-year-old reached the significant milestone of playing in his 100th Test match. Gavaskar also conveyed his wish for Pujara to become the first Indian player to score a big hundred in his 100th Test, thereby laying the foundation for yet another victory in Delhi.

The felicitation ceremony was held during the ongoing series against Australia, and Pujara became the 13th player from the country to achieve the feat. The ceremony was also attended by Pujara's wife and father, along with members of the Indian squad.
