Stranger Things fans feel Dustin looks a lot like Mahabharat's Duryodhana

Indian fans of science fiction horror drama television series Stranger Things have come up with this finding on social media: that Gaten Matarazzo who plays the nerd Dustin Henderson looks a lot like the actor who played the young Duryodhana in the Mahabharata television series.

19-year-old Matarazzo, an American actor, plays the goofy and quick-witted nerd in the highly popular series which is streaming on Netflix. The Mahabharat mentioned here is the 2013 TV series produced by Swastik Productions Pvt. Ltd. In it, actor Alam Khan plays the role of young Duryodhana

Photos of the two actors were recently shared on Twitter by a user, saying "Did you know : Dustin from Stranger Things has also been in Mahabharata as Duryodhan."


A lot of people who responded to the post thought there was indeed a striking resemblance.

Stranger Things, which is about a series of supernatural events set in the fictional town of Hawkins, was initially released in 2016. Its fifth and final season came in February 2022.

Alam Khan is a model, actor and dancer who later also became known for his roles in Kota Factory, Laakhon Mein Ek and Class of 2020.
