CGL Tier-I 2025 answer key: SSC extends deadline for raising objections

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has extended the deadline for candidates to view and raise objections on the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier-I 2025 examination answer key.

Candidates can now raise objections until 11 am on October 21, 2025 on the official website, ssc.gov.in. Objection per question will cost Rs 50 through the official SSC website, ssc.gov.in. Objections must include the type of complaint, a detailed description, and a scanned image supporting the grievance.

The Commission has also released a response sheet alongside the answer key. The document contains candidate details such as roll number, name, exam and post names, exam date and time, test center, and a list of questions answered by the candidate.

Steps to download SSC CGL Tier-I answer key

• Visit the official website: ssc.gov.in
• On the homepage, click on “Uploading of Tentative answer keys along with candidate’s response sheet” under the “Notice board” section
• The answer key and response sheet will be downloaded automatically
• Save and print the documents for future reference

The SSC CGL Tier-I examination was conducted in multiple shifts from September 12 to 26, with an additional session on October 14, 2025, across various centers nationwide. The provisional answer key was released on October 16, 2025.

SSC has emphasized that objections submitted after the extended deadline or through any method other than the official portal will not be accepted. This objection process is critical for candidates seeking accurate evaluation. After reviewing all objections, SSC will release the final answer key and announce the Tier-I results.
