The Staff Selection Commission is expected to release SSC CHSL Result 2025 soon. The exam was held in November from 12 to 30 across the length and breadth of the country. The commission will release the results Tier I of Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination 2025 on its official website, ssc.gov.in. This year's recruitment drive aims to fill 3131 vacancies across various departments.

SSC CHSL Tier 1 result 2025: Steps to check the result

  • Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in.
  • Click on SSC CHSL Result 2025 link available on the home page.
  • A new page will open where candidates will have to enter the login details.
  • Click on submit and your result will be displayed.
  • Check the result and download the page.
  • Keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

SSC had released the provisional answer key on December 8, 2025 and opened the objection window on the same date. The window to challenge the answers was closed down on December 11, 2025.


The Commission will publish the list of shortlisted candidates in a PDF containing their names and roll numbers, along with category-wise cut-off marks. The result document will also include the names of the candidates’ parents.

SSC CHSL 2025 Tier 1: Marks normalisation

SSC will issue the CHSL scorecard after the results are declared. Candidates can access their marks by logging in with their registration number and password. The scorecard will display raw scores, normalised marks, category details and applicable cut-off marks. Marks of both qualified and non-qualified candidates will be available on the login dashboard. Candidates are advised to regularly check the portal for updates related to the SSC CHSL Tier 1 result.

SSC Tier-1 exam negative marking

The SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam had a total of 100 questions, divided equally with 25 questions each from General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, English Comprehension, and General Awareness, carrying 2 marks each for a total of 200 marks, with a negative marking of 0.50 marks for incorrect answers within the 60-minute time limit.
