Sonam Wangchuk, Ladakh activist to sit on ‘Climate fast’ at -40 degrees

Sonam Wangchuk, the inspiration for the film 3 Idiots and the character played by Aamir Khan, in a video message has issued an appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Sonam Wangchuk intends to begin a five-day "Climate Fast" on January 26 at 18000 feet at Khardung La pass, when the temperature is -40°C.
