The eclipse will be visible in several regions across the world, including Europe, Northeast Africa, West Asia, and South Asia.

This will be the last solar eclipse of 2022 . Here’s all you need to know about the cosmological phenomenon.
What is a Solar Eclipse?
Solar eclipses occur when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, casting its shadow down onto our planet. However, the eclipse expected on October 25 will be a partial eclipse. This means that the moon will partially cast a dark shadow on the sun. In India, the complete ending of the solar eclipse will not be seen since it will occur after sunset time.
Those hoping to watch the eclipse should not look at the Sun directly, even through clouds, to avoid eye damage, according to experts.
As per experts, in India, about 40-50% of the sun will be obscured by the moon at the time of the maximum eclipse, which will be visible in the Northwest parts of India. The rest of India will witness a lesser eclipse.
