Skyesports announces pan-India Gaming Mahotsav starting from Chennai

As per the company, the Gaming Mahotsav festival will travel across six Indian cities. The editions are titled Gaming Habba in Bengaluru (Sept 27-28), Gaming Panduga in Hyderabad (TBA 2025), Gaming Mahotsav in Mumbai (TBA 2025), Gaming Ulsavam in Kochi (Jan 10-11, 2026), and Gaming Utsav in Pune (Feb 14-15, 2026).
Skyesports described Gaming Mahotsav as a cultural event that blends gaming with various aspects of youth entertainment. It will include:
● Cosplay competitions
● Anime and Indian comic showcases
● Live performances by content creators
● LAN gaming tournaments
● Regional art and merchandise zones

A chess tournament for participants under 16 years of age will also be held, with top players advancing to a final championship in Pune. India has more than 450 million gamers, according to the FICCI-EY 2024 report.
