Siya Goyal-Chetan Chaudhary cricket match video resurfaces amid Ketan Agarwal murder probe

A purported video showing Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary together at a cricket match has resurfaced on social media as the Pune police continue their investigation into the death of Ketan Agarwal. The viral clip allegedly captures Siya and Chetan sitting in the spectators' stand, watching the match and engaging in conversation.

According to investigators, the video is significant as it may support claims that Siya and Chetan were in a relationship before her engagement and subsequent marriage to Ketan Agarwal. Police sources claim Siya's family first became aware of the relationship after the pair were allegedly spotted together at a cricket match.

Despite knowing about the relationship, Siya's family reportedly proceeded with her marriage to Ketan, allegedly considering the financial status of the Agarwal family. As part of the investigation, Pune police have questioned Siya's parents and brother to determine their knowledge of the relationship and the circumstances surrounding the arranged marriage.



The resurfaced video comes as investigators uncover new details about the case. Police allege that Siya and Chetan remained in constant contact for several months, exchanging nearly 2,000 phone calls and meeting frequently before Ketan's death.

Investigators further claim the duo conspired to kill Ketan and made multiple unsuccessful attempts before allegedly pushing him during a trek to Lohagad Fort on June 18. However, both accused have reportedly given conflicting statements and are blaming each other for planning the crime.

Police are currently examining digital evidence, including deleted chats, call records and other electronic data, to establish the sequence of events leading up to Ketan Agarwal's death. The investigation remains ongoing, with officials recording statements from individuals connected to the accused and reviewing fresh evidence.
