The lottery is administered by the Directorate of Sikkim State Lotteries under the Finance Department, headquartered in Deorali, Gangtok.

Ticket prices for regular and bumper draws

The standard daily Sikkim State Dear Weekly Lottery, including schemes such as Dear Legend, Dear Prestige and Dear Supreme, is priced between ₹6 and ₹7 per ticket.

Special seasonal bumper lotteries carry higher ticket prices. For example, the Dear May Day Bumper draw is priced at ₹500 per ticket.

Prize structure for daily 6 PM Dear Lottery draws

The daily Dear Lottery follows a multi-tier prize distribution system.

The first prize of ₹1 crore is awarded to a single ticket that matches the exact serial number, series and five-digit winning number.

A consolation prize of ₹1,000 is awarded to tickets from other series carrying the same five-digit number as the first-prize-winning ticket.

The second prize ranges between ₹9,000 and ₹10,000 and is drawn 10 times using five-digit numbers.

The third prize ranges between ₹450 and ₹500 and is awarded based on the last four digits of the drawn numbers.

The fourth prize carries a reward of ₹250 and is distributed 10 times on the basis of the last four digits.

The fifth prize offers ₹120 and is awarded 100 times using the last four digits of the selected numbers.
