Shreyas Iyer rocks some dance moves on the field after India's win against West Indies

In a thrilling first ODI game, India won against West Indies to lead the three match series 1-0. The match took place at the Queen's Park Oval in Trinidad and the visiting team put a total of 308 for 7 on the board after getting to bat first. The West Indies team cruised at 133 for 1, but India bounced back and stayed in the game till the last ball, eventually winning the game by a narrow margin of three runs.

After the match, Shreyas Iyer and Mohammed Siraj, were seen having a fun interaction. They were both part of the match against West Indies. The official BCCI twitter handle uploaded a video of the interaction on Twitter and the duo can be seen laughing. It was at this moment that Iyer also decided to showcase some of his fun and quirky dance moves.



During the course of the game, Iyer was seen dancing in celebration as taking a catch. During the interaction Siraj asked Iyer what happened and why he was dancing near the crowd during the game. Iyer replied saying that some of the spectators had asked him to drop a catch. He then decided to do some fun dancing in front of the crowds after taking the catch.



Mohammed Siraj defended 15 runs in the last over, to help India win the first ODI on Friday. He went up against the likes of Romario Shepher and Akeal Hosein. The fifties of Shikhar Dhawan (97), Shubman Gill (64) and Shreyas Iyer (54) helped India post 308 for 7, while the likes of Yuzvendra Chahal (2 for 58), Mohammed Siraj (2 for 57) and Shardul Thakur (2 for 54) put up a combined effort in the second innings to stop West Indies three runs short of their total.
