Shahid Kapoor leases Juhu apartment to Kartik Aaryan, rents property for Rs 7.5 lakh

Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan has rented Shahid Kapoor’s lavish, sea-facing apartment in Juhu, Mumbai. Aaryan will be paying a whopping amount of Rs 7.5 lakh per month as rent for three years during his tenancy.

Reportedly, the property sprawls over 3,681 sq. ft on the ground level and basement, along with two parking zones in the compound. The agreement papers reveal that the rent amount will record a surge of 7% annually. With this escalation, Aaryan will pay Rs 8.02 lakh in 2024 and Rs 8.58 lakh in 2025 as the rent for the lavish property. The ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ superstar has locked the deal with a security deposit payment of Rs 45 lakh. The three-year lease pact is signed between Shahid Kapoor’s wife, Mira Kapoor, and Kartik Aaryan’s mother Mala Tiwari.



The ‘Kabir Singh’-fame Bollywood actor initially inhabited the Juhu apartment with his wife Mira and kids, Misha and Zain. However, Shahid Kapoor moved to a new palatial duplex facing the Bandra-Worli sea link in September 2022. Reports suggest that Shahid’s new abode costs a whopping Rs 58 crore, willfully compensating for the dreamy view the house offers to the owners. The decision to relocate was made to ensure the safety and privacy of his children.

Presently, Kartik Aaryan is living with his parents and sister in Juhu, Mumbai. For months, he has been looking for a perfect house that suits his taste. However, now he has finally found a place he can call his ‘HOME.’

On the work front, Kartik Aaryan will soon feature in the movie ‘Shehzada.’ The Bollywood actor is also the co-producer of the movie, which is scheduled to hit the box office on February 10, 2023. He will also be seen in ‘Ashiqui 3,’ ‘Satyaprem ki Katha,’ and an untitled film directed by Kabir Khan.
