India is gripped by "Pathaan fever" since the release of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan's return to the silver screen after a four-year hiatus. The film, which also stars John Abraham and Deepika Padukone, has proven to be a historic hit, breaking multiple records and performing exceptionally well at the box office. On its first Monday after the extended weekend, the movie continued to do well in theaters.

The action film continues to exceed expectations both in India and globally, earning an estimated Rs 20-25 crore on its second working day. While the numbers decreased compared to the previous day, it still performed above expectations and brought the film closer to (if not surpassing) the Rs 300 crore mark at the domestic box office. Currently, its total box office collection stands at approximately Rs 297 crore.

The film has also crossed the Rs 500 crore mark at the worldwide box office, with a total collection of Rs 542 crore on Sunday.

In the first-ever media event for the film, SRK expressed his gratitude to the producer and director for giving him this opportunity. He stated, "I thank Aditya and Siddharth for giving me this chance to be a part of this expensive and time-consuming film, especially at a time when I was not working. I am grateful to them. The last four days have erased the memory of the last four years."
