Shah Rukh Khan responds to viral video of Delhi University professors dancing on ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’

Despite having two back-to-back film shoots, Shah Rukh Khan took some time out to respond to a viral video of Delhi University professors dancing to the track ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’ from his smash hit movie ‘Pathaan’. The song was originally performed by SRK and Deepika Padukone.

Returning to the viral video was shared by Jesus and Mary College's Department of Commerce, DU. Shah Rukh Khan, another Delhi University alumnus, reacted to the video by writing: "How fortunate we are to have teachers and professors who can both teach and entertain us. They are all educational rockstars."

Four professors joined several students who were shaking a leg to the peppy track at the amphitheatre in the video. Arijit Singh, Sukriti Kakar, Vishal, and Sheykhar perform Jhoome Jo Pathaan.




Pathaan stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham and is directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Yash Raj Films. The film was released in theatres last month and is still doing well. Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana also appeared in the film. Salman Khan made a cameo appearance in the film as well.

Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan's most recent movie, has been a commercial success. The actor will be seen next in Atlee's Jawan, alongside Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. Shah Rukh Khan will also appear in Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki, alongside Taapsee Pannu, which is set to be released this year.

Besides that, Shah Rukh Khan appeared in a few films as a cameo last year. He made a cameo in Madhavan's ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’, as well as Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's ‘Brahmastra’.
