Shah Rukh Khan gives witty response to fan complaining about Aryan’s expensive clothing brand

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has reacted to the pricing of his son Aryan Khan’s new clothing brand D'YAVOL X. The actor hosted an Ask SRK on Twitter and responded to a complaint from a fan about the brand’s high pricing.

Shah Rukh Khan took a hilarious spin on the issue and said that he even doesn’t get a concession from his son.

A fan asked the superstar in the Ask SRK session, “@iamsrk ye dyavol x ke jacket thoda sa 1000- 2000 wale bhi bana do…. Wo wale khareedne me to ghar chala jayega #AskSRK.” (Please make Dyavol x jacket for Rs 1000-2000. The ones that are there, will have to give away houses to buy those).


SRK posted a witty response to this. He replied, “Yeh D’Yavol X wale log mujhe bhi sasti nahi bech rahe…kuch karta hoon..!! #Jawan” (D’Yavol people don’t sell anything to me also for less price…let me do something).

Aryan Khan launched his luxury streetwear brand D'YAVOL X on March 30 and even directed his dad in the first promotional campaign. Since the launch users have been talking about the brand’s high-end pricing. A white t-shirt with a printed design is priced at Rs 24,400, a black hoodie at Rs 45,500, and a jacket worth over Rs 2 lakh.

Shah Rukh Khan hosted the ‘Ask SRK’ session shortly after the announcement of the new release date of his upcoming film Jawan. The Atlee directorial will now hit theatres on September 2023.
