The liquor owner sent the audio to the chief minister's grievance redressal system, the home minister and senior officials.
In the audio, excise department inspector Sandeep Lohan is heard telling the employee of the liquor store that six bottles of 15-year-old 'Glenfiddich' whisky be sent to a hotel as the minister was hosting a function there.
The liquor store is located at Bakhtawar Chowk in Sector 47, Gurugram, Haryana. The incident took place on August 14, according to the store owner.
Lohan allegedly scolded the employee when the later told him the particular make of the whisky was unavailable at the moment.
It is alleged that Lohan arrived at the store next day hurled abuses at the employee in front of customers. The store owner further alleged Lohan forced him to shut the outlet.
The owner said despite raising the issue with the excise commissioner, no action was taken.
"After this, I sent my complaint to CM Window (grievance redressal system), vigilance department, home minister and other officials," the owner said in his complaint.
Following the complain to the CM Window, inspector Sandeep Lohan was transferred to the department headquarters in Panchkula as a punishment posting.
