Samsung launches new ‘BMW-Inspired’ smartphone with a sporty design

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M edition features a protective case inspired by the iconic design of the current BMW M3, specifically its vertical kidney grill and bonnet.

Samsung has just unveiled a limited-edition smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M edition, to commemorate the first generation BMW M3 E30, which was introduced in 1986. Only 1,000 units of this exclusive smartphone will be available in South Korea through SK Telecom.


The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M edition features unique design elements and themes that set it apart from the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M edition boasts a durable protective case influenced by the design of the BMW M3's vertical kidney grille and hood. Upon turning on the device, users will be greeted by an animated display showcasing the iconic BMW M colour scheme. This exclusive smartphone also includes a range of removable accessories, such as a keychain with interchangeable BMW logos from various eras and a compact air compressor and metal emblem. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M edition has a retail price of KRW 17,27,000.

It runs on a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with up to 12GB RAM and 1TB storage, ensuring smooth multitasking and ample storage space. The 5,000mAh battery provides all-day power, and the device runs on Android 13-based One UI 5.1, ensuring the latest and greatest in terms of software and security.
