The service's app protection policy employs Azure Active Directory identity to distinguish between personal and company data.
Microsoft cited the Android 13 update as the reason why IT administrators are unable to enrol Samsung Galaxy S22 and S21 devices while setting up a Work Profile.
Since updating their phones to the newest firmware, several customers encountered problems using the Intune applications on their phones.
When creating a work profile for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) provisioning, users were unable to complete enrollment.Samsung has recently developed a solution for the issue, though.
Customers were advised to reset their devices before creating the work profile by the IT behemoth, who claimed that the issue had been fixed on the server side.
When customers start the registration process after restarting their phone, the Android Device Policy will be downloaded immediately, and they may then complete it. if that doesn't work, the company advised consumers to manually download Android Device Policy from the Play Store and start the enrollment procedure again.
