Samantha Ruth Prabhu-Vijay Deverakonda's romance drama 'Khushi' release date update

The romantic drama Kushi, starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda, is scheduled to hit theatres on December 23 of this year. According to the most recent rumours, the movie's release has been further delayed and will now debut in the summer of 2023.

Reportedly, after a month-long schedule in Kashmir, there are still 30 days of filming left for Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda's Kushi. The shooting will begin on November 15. After filming in Kerala and Hyderabad, the movie is expected to go into post-production phase. For the time being, this romantic-release drama is planned for the summer of 2023. The precise release date will be decided later on.

Kushi is being helmed by Shiva Nirvana, who has previously helmed three films - romantic comedy Ninnu Kori starring Nani, Nivetha Thomas, and Aadhi Pinisetty, romantic sports drama Majili starring Samantha with her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya, and action drama Tuck Jagadish starring Nani and Ritu Verma.


The romantic drama produced by the team of Mythri also stars Sachin Khedekar, Jayaram, Lakshmi, Ali, Murali Sharma, Rohini, Rahul Ramakrishna, Vennela Kishore, Saranya and Srikanth Iyengar in pivotal roles. The soundtrack for the movie is being composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab, well known for Hridayam.
