Salman Khan reveals he talked about Tere Naam 2 plot with Satish Kaushik before his demise

Ahead of the release of his latest film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, when Salman Khan was asked about his 2003 film, ‘Tere Naam’ during a recent media interaction, he reminisced about how 20 years ago Satish Kaushik had presented a one-line idea for the film, which Salman had found appealing. He also mentioned that before Satish Kaushik passed away, they had talked about making a sequel to Tere Naam together.

Salman Khan discussed the potential for Tere Naam 2 with Satish Kaushik, the late actor and filmmaker, and they worked on a plotline for the film set 20 years later. Although Kaushik had planned to start working on the script, the sequel was never made. However, Salman Khan hasn't ruled out the possibility of making Tere Naam 2 in the future.

Salman Khan also revealed that Satish Kaushik had completed a shoot for ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, as well as Arbaaz Khan's film, and had been working on a project under Salman's supervision. Reports suggest that Satish Kaushik was also supposed to direct this project. However, Kaushik passed away in March at the age of 66.
