Salaar’s makers announce the completion of Shruti Haasan’s role ‘Aadya’

Hombale Films has announced the completion of Shruti Haasan’s role as Aadya in Prashanth Neel’s directorial Salaar, starring Prabhas.


Salaar, starring Prabhas, has been one of the year’s most anticipated films, with everyone looking forward to it since its announcement. The filmmakers are constantly keeping the audience’s interest high by sharing the film’s progress. While they recently shared a sneak peek from the night shoot, the makers have now announced the completion of its female lead Shruti Haasan aka Aadya.



The makers shared a picture while sharing the wrap-up of Shruti Haasan aka Aadya from Salaar. Shruti also posted a photo from the set of the filming on Instagram on February 23rd, where she posed with Prashanth and thanked the crew for their help.




Shruti Haasan, the daughter of senior actor Kamal Haasan, recently had two films in Telugu, ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ and ‘Waltair Veerayya’, which did well at the box office. Shruti has shared the screen with Tollywood actors Balakrishna and Chiranjeevi in these two films.


Prashanth Neel and Hombale Films have collaborated once more for Salaar, following the phenomenal success of the KGF franchise. Shruti shares screen space with Prabhas for the first time in the film, which is billed as an action saga.


Jagapathi Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran are among the cast members. Salaar will be released on September 28th. Prashanth took to Twitter in August 2022 to share Salaar’s release date as well as a new poster.
