Saif Ali Khan sells 797 sq ft Bandra West apartment with two parking spaces for Rs 4.11 crore

Actor Saif Ali Khan has sold a 797 sq ft carpet-area apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for Rs 4.11 crore, along with two open parking spaces. The transaction details are based on property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix. In a separate transaction, Khan has leased two commercial units on Andheri Kurla Road to Durva Fintech Private Limited for a monthly rent of Rs 22.76 lakh, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The two deals add to the actor's property transactions in Mumbai, where he owns residential real estate, including an apartment in Satguru Sharan, where he lives with his family.

Saif Ali Khan's Bandra flat sold for Rs 4.11 crore

The apartment sold by Khan is located in Hi-Cons Residency in Bandra West. The sale deed was executed and registered on October 19, 2026, while the agreement to sell was dated March 7, 2024, and registered on March 11, 2024. According to the documents, the buyers took possession of the apartment on March 7, 2024, and paid stamp duty of Rs 24.66 lakh. Khan could not be reached for comment.

How Saif Ali Khan acquired the Hi-Cons Residency property

Property registration records show that Khan purchased a unit measuring around 6,000 sq ft in carpet area, spread across two upper floors of Hi-Cons Residency, from developer Hi-Con Constructions on March 30, 2007. The purchase price was Rs 9.7 crore, including parking.


The larger property was subsequently divided into three separate apartments on June 19, 2014. Two flats on one floor measured approximately 2,997 sq ft and 2,205 sq ft, while the third apartment on a higher floor measured 797 sq ft.

CRE Matrix said the original purchase price of Rs 9.7 crore covered all three apartments. The 797 sq ft unit is the apartment involved in the latest sale.

Saif Ali Khan leases Andheri commercial units for Rs 22.76 lakh monthly rent

In another property transaction, Khan has leased two commercial units on Andheri Kurla Road to Durva Fintech Private Limited. The premises have a combined RERA carpet area of 5,692 sq ft and command a monthly rent of Rs 22.76 lakh, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The leave and licence agreement was registered on September 29, 2026, for a five-year period running from May 10, 2026, to May 9, 2031.

The documents identify Vikaas Mohan Sachdeva, a director of Durva Fintech, as the licensee. Khan, acting through his constituted attorney, is named as the licensor.

Saif Ali Khan's Satguru Sharan home in Mumbai

Khan also owns an apartment in Satguru Sharan, Mumbai, where he lives with his family, including wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and their children. The home spans more than 6,500 sq ft and was purchased from developer Satguru Builders in April 2012 for Rs 23.50 crore, according to property Index-II documents accessed by Indextap.com. Before moving to Satguru Sharan, the couple lived in Fortune Heights in Bandra. In April 2016, Khan purchased an apartment measuring more than 950 sq ft in the complex for Rs 7 crore, as per registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com.
