Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni, a prominent South couple, have revealed that they are expecting their first child together. Ram Charan posted on social media "With the blessings of Shri Hanumanji, we are delighted to share that Upasana and Ram Charan are expecting their first child”.

Ram Charan's parents, Superstar Chiranjeevi and Surekha Konidela, and Upasana's parents, Shobana and Anil Kamineni, signed the announcement "with love and thanks”.

Ram Charan is from one of Telugu cinema's most notable families; he is the son of Telugu icon Chiranjeevi, Allu Aravind's nephew, and Allu Arjun's cousin. Ram Charan made his first assignment with Chirutha in 2007, and his other credits include Magadheera, Naayak, Yevadu, Dhruva, Rangasthalam, and other critical and financial successes.
