RRR makes history, gets 5 nominations at the Critics Choice Awards

RRR, SS Rajamouli's action film received five nominations for the 28th annual Critics Choice Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director, only days after receiving two Golden Globe nominations.

The film, which stars Ram Charan and Jr NTR, is also nominated for Best Foreign Language Film, Best Song for Telugu tune Naatu Naatu, and Best Visual Effects.

The nominees were revealed on the official website of the Los Angeles-based Critics Choice Association. RRR's creators praised the judges in a message posted on the film's official Twitter page.
