RRB NTPC undergraduate CBT-1 result 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is expected to release the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Computer Based Test (CBT)-1 Undergraduate (UG) results before the fourth week of November 2025. Candidates can check and download their results on the official website, rrbcdg.gov.in.

Candidates who qualify in the Commercial cum Ticket Clerk and Trains Clerk CBT-1 exams will appear for the CBT-II examination. For posts such as Accounts Clerk-cum-Typist and Junior Clerk-cum-Typist, a Typing Skill Test is part of the second stage of the selection process. Upon clearing both stages, candidates will undergo document verification and a medical examination. Selected candidates are liable for active service in the Railway Engineers’ Unit of the Territorial Army.

RRB NTPC UG CBT-1 Vacancies and salary

The total number of vacancies for RRB NTPC UG posts is 3,445. This includes 2,022 for Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, 361 for Accounts Clerk-cum-Typist, 990 for Junior Clerk-cum-Typist, and 72 for Trains Clerk. The Commercial cum Ticket Clerk post offers an initial salary of Rs. 21,700, while other posts start at Rs. 19,900.

RRB NTPC UG CBT-1 exam details

The CBT-I examination was conducted between August 7 and September 9, 2025. The exam comprised 100 multiple-choice questions, including 40 questions from General Awareness, 30 from Mathematics, and 30 from General Intelligence and Reasoning. The duration of the test was 90 minutes, and a negative marking scheme of one-third of the marks was applied for incorrect answers.
