Royal Enfield has taken the wraps off the Continental GT 750 at EICMA 2026, expanding its 750cc motorcycle line-up. The new motorcycle shares its 743cc parallel-twin engine with the Himalayan 750 but gets a different exhaust setup, suspension and styling. Alongside the Continental GT 750, the company has also showcased the production-spec Flying Flea S6, its second electric motorcycle. Both models are expected to go on sale in 2027.

Royal Enfield Continental GT 750: Engine and expected performance

The Continental GT 750 uses the same 743cc twin-cylinder engine as the Himalayan 750. While Royal Enfield has not announced the motorcycle's official power and torque figures, the Himalayan's engine produces 55hp and 63Nm of torque.

The Continental GT 750 is expected to deliver figures in a similar range. However, there are some differences in the mechanical setup. Unlike the Himalayan 750, which gets an electronic throttle, the Continental GT 750 uses a cable-operated throttle.

Another notable change is the exhaust system. The new cafe racer gets twin exhaust pipes, replacing the Himalayan's 2-into-1 exhaust arrangement.

Continental GT 750 gets twin front disc brakes

The Continental GT 750 appears to use a frame similar to the existing Continental GT 650, although Royal Enfield is likely to have made changes to accommodate the larger engine.

The suspension setup includes telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers, with preload adjustment available at both ends. However, the new motorcycle gets conventional springs instead of the progressive and gas-charged units found on the Continental GT 650.

Braking is another area where the new model gets an upgrade. It features twin disc brakes at the front, which appear to be borrowed from the Himalayan 750.

Royal Enfield Continental GT 750: Design, colours and features

The Continental GT 750 retains the familiar neo-retro cafe racer design but gets a few changes to distinguish it from the 650cc version.

The motorcycle features a twin-pod instrument cluster with two analogue dials and a small TFT display positioned at the bottom. Its switchgear is similar to the Himalayan 750's, although the Continental gets metal switch cubes.

Royal Enfield has showcased the motorcycle in three colour options: Master Clean, Red Line and TT Blue.

The Master Clean and Red Line versions feature chrome-finished details and wire-spoke wheels. The TT Blue variant, meanwhile, gets alloy wheels that allow the use of tubeless tyres. The other two versions come with tubed tyres.

The motorcycle gets 18-inch wheels at both ends, a single-piece seat and a removable rear seat cowl. The Red Line and TT Blue variants also feature a small quarter fairing and a more committed riding position. The chrome version does away with the fairing and gets more relaxed ergonomics.

A centre stand is not visible in the showcased images. However, Royal Enfield could offer it as an optional accessory, similar to the Continental GT 650.

Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 India launch timeline

Royal Enfield has not announced an official launch date or price for the Continental GT 750. The motorcycle is expected to arrive in India sometime in 2027, potentially in the first quarter.

The new model is also expected to weigh less than the Continental GT 650, which has a kerb weight of 214kg. However, its final weight and specifications are yet to be confirmed.

Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 price in Italy and the UK

In Italy, the Himalayan 750 is priced at €7,390 for the cast-wheel variant and €7,790 for the wire-spoke version. The top-spec model, which comes with custom luggage co-developed with GIVI, costs €9,290.

In the UK, prices start at £6,999 for the cast-wheel variant, while the spoked-wheel and flagship versions are priced at £7,299 and £8,699, respectively.

Royal Enfield unveils three new motorcycles

Alongside the Continental GT 750, Royal Enfield has also showcased the production-spec Flying Flea S6 at EICMA 2026. The electric motorcycle is the company's second offering under its Flying Flea brand, following the C6.

The company's latest line-up also includes the Himalayan 750, which is powered by a 743cc parallel-twin engine. The motor produces 63Nm of torque at 5,000rpm, with 90% of peak torque available from as low as 3,500rpm. The motorcycle gets features such as a six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), cornering ABS, lean-sensitive traction control and cruise control. It is offered with 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, with cast and wire-spoke options, and has a payload capacity of 195kg.

Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6: Design and hardware

Unlike the more road-focused Flying Flea C6, the S6 gets a scrambler-inspired design. Its suspension setup comprises long-travel upside-down (USD) front forks and a rear monoshock.

The electric motorcycle rides on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoke wheels, wrapped in tubed tyres. Another key difference is its final drive system. While the C6 uses a belt drive, the S6 gets a conventional chain drive.

Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6: Expected battery and launch

Royal Enfield is yet to reveal the complete technical specifications of the Flying Flea S6. However, it is expected to share its electric powertrain with the C6, although the motor could get a different state of tune to suit its scrambler character.

The company will offer the S6 in three colour options: yellow, grey and carbon. It is expected to go on sale in 2027.
