Rohit Warrier, who was rejected for his pitch in Shark Tank India, showcases the same product in a Hotel Show Dubai 2022
Rohit Warrier pitched in the first season of Sony TV’s Shark Tank and was turned down. His idea, “Glass ka mask”, was severely trolled by Ashneer Grover, one of the sharks on Shark Tank and was termed as horrible and useless.

Sippline is a new patented invention by Rohit Warrier wherein oral hygiene is given utmost importance. A rim is attached to the glass to prevent direct contact of the lips on the glass, ensuring proper oral hygiene.
However, after the sharks turned down his idea in the first season of Shark Tank, he was not discouraged. Through his company’s social media, he announced that he had presented the same idea at the Hotel Show Dubai 2022. The Hotel Show is an influential trade exhibition that happens at various hotels or hospitality sectors of the Middle East. It allows regional and global entrepreneurs, suppliers, etc., to present their idea.
Rohit twitted about the same, and he mainly took a dig at Ashneer Grover, one of the show’s Sharks. Ashneer Grover had badly humiliated Rohit Warrier for his “glass ka mask” idea. Rohit added that he feels privileged that his idea could make up for such a global platform in his tweet. He denied giving gratitude to Shark Tank India.
Rohit Warrier mentioned in his tweets that he feels immensely proud to present an idea that was curated, visioned and made in India on global platforms such as The Hotel Show Dubai 2022. He had no idea of his popularity in Dubai. While he was there, many people approached him for selfies. Shark Tank India gave him a platform that he’s appropriately utilising. He further added that everyone should do this and turn every opportunity to their benefit.
For those who are unaware, when Rohit Warrier presented his “Glass ka mask” idea on Shark Tank India, all the Sharks laughed at him. Ashneer Grover particularly trolled him, calling his idea “horrible”. Even Aman Gupta, another Shark of the show, was quite unhappy with the idea and called it useless.
The sharks opined that there’s no such need for a product like “Glass ka mask”. Ansheer Grover said that this is something that he’s seeing for the first and probably the last time. No one on this Earth will ever try to make such a useless product. He also added that he had never seen something more horrible than a glass ka mask.
After being rejected, Rohit Warrier posted several videos on YouTube taking a dig at Ashneer Grover and Aman Gupta. He even trolled their company as he was unhappy with their brutal feedback.
Although Ashneer Grover was the first to reject Rohit Warrier’s “glass ka mask” idea during an interview, he said that he regrets not investing in his idea during the show. However, he said this out of fun and was not serious. Investing in such an idea would have been hilarious and would have completed the entertainment quota in his life.
