On the occasion of the 74th Republic Day, famous telecom operator VI (formerly Vodafone Idea) has brought exciting offers for its prepaid customers. Prepaid customers will get 5GB or 2GB of internet at no extra cost, depending on the plan they have. The company will give an extra 2GB of data to those customers who are using prepaid plans between Rs 199 and Rs 299.


The offer will be valid until February 7 and in order to avail the offers users have to use the VI's app. As per the official Vi website, the extra internet data is only valid for 28 days. The telecom operator suggests the Rs 299 plan, Rs 479 plan, and Rs 719 plan as some of the best options for users to buy.



Additionally, Vi provides a prepaid plan at Rs 209 per month which has a validity of 28 days. In this plan, users will get 4GB of data and an unlimited calling plan. If users recharge through the app, they will receive 2GB of extra data. All three prepaid plans include unlimited calling, but their validity and internet usage vary. The 1.5GB of daily data included in the Rs 299 prepaid package has a 28-day validity period. Other benefits include 12 AM to 6 AM, weekend data rollover, users can also watch different movies and TV.


Apart from that users can also have free backup data of up to 2GB every month. To avail of these offers, users must dial 121249 or claim through the Vi app. The benefits of the Rs. 479 and Rs. 719 plans are the same, but the former has a 56-day validity while the latter has an 84-day validity.
