Renowned fashion designer Masaba Gupta gets married to actor Satyadeep Misra in an intimate ceremony

Masaba Gupta, a renowned fashion designer and the daughter of actress Neena Gupta, on Friday married actor Satyadeep Misra in an intimate ceremony. Masaba announced her marriage to Satyadeep on her social media account. The designer took to Instagram to share photos from her intimate wedding, which included her mother, Neena Gupta.

"Married my ocean of calm this morning," Masaba Gupta wrote in the caption of her Instagram post. Here's to many more lifetimes of love, peace, stability, and, above all, laughter. And thank you for letting me choose the caption - this is going to be fantastic!"

As soon as Masaba announced her marriage, wishes began pouring in the comments section of her post. Ayushmann Khurrana was one of the first to congratulate the newlyweds.

Masaba is getting married for the second time. From 2015 to 2019, the fashion designer was married to producer Madhu Mantena.

Masaba revealed to Vogue in an exclusive interview why she chose to have a private ceremony. "We had a straightforward court marriage. The plan was to keep it small and in the company of our immediate family. We wanted it to be small and intimate because we felt it was the right thing to do, and we will not be celebrating in a big way in the future."

Masaba also said that “there will, however, be a party with close family and friends of about 80-85 people who they had a meaningful relationship with Satyadeep and her”.

Masaba also stated that she and her husband Satyadeep Misra did not want to waste money. They are very private individuals who prefer to celebrate special occasions with their loved ones. "They've both been there before, and they realised that stressing yourself out on such an important day doesn't make sense," the designer told Vogue.
