Renault Duster 2026 launch in India: Price, features, specs, and rivals

Renault India has officially launched the all-new Renault Duster 2026. The SUV is priced from Rs 10.49 lakh (ex-showroom), with a special R Pass pre-booking price of Rs 10.29 lakh. Deliveries will start in April 2026, while the strong hybrid E-Tech 160 variant will be available from Diwali 2026.

Built on the new Renault Group Modular Platform (RGMP), it is validated for extreme conditions and 5-star safety standards. The SUV retains its rugged, adventure-ready DNA while adding modern touches: trapezoidal grille, full LED headlamps, LED tail lamps, C-shaped tail-lights connected by a light bar, diamond-cut 18-inch alloy wheels, and a Mountain Jade green exterior option with a two-tone roof.

Inside, the Duster features a fighter-jet inspired, driver-focused cabin with premium materials. Highlights include:

• Ambient lighting, Mountain Jade leatherette upholstery, carbon and metallic accents

• Multi-sense drive modes (Eco, Comfort, Perso) with personalised profiles

The SUV also offers over 60 connected features, integration with Google AI Assistant, and personalisation options for ADAS functions.

Renault Duster 2026 bookings and availability

Pre-bookings opened earlier this year at Rs 21,000 for the R Pass, which offers priority delivery, special introductory pricing, exclusive merchandise, and factory visits. The hybrid E-Tech 160 variant is already sold out for the year.

The new Duster competes with popular mid-size SUVs such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, Honda Elevate, and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.
