Ahead of its launch, the specifications and price of Xiaomi’s highly anticipated Redmi 12C have been revealed on its Amazon listing. Earlier this year, Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi 12C in China and is now poised to release it in India on March 30. As per the recent Amazon listing, the upcoming smartphone is set to be offered in four distinct colors: black, sea blue, mint green, and lavender. Furthermore, the listing reveals that the smartphone will cost less than Rs 10,000, indicating that it will be sold online through the Amazon India website.

Specifications of the Redmi 12C

The Redmi 12C is a budget smartphone that boasts a 6.71-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720x1650 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, which is paired with up to 6GB of RAM. It comes in two storage options: 64GB and 128GB, with the ability to expand the storage up to 512GB via a microSD card.


Running on the Android 12 operating system with MIUI 13, the Redmi 12C offers dual SIM support and features a dual rear camera, including a 50MP main sensor with an aperture of f/1.8. On the front, it boasts a 5MP selfie camera. Additionally, the device is equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and powered by a 5000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support.
