Ravindra Jadeja calls Sanjay Manjrekar 'dear friend', and Twitter is excited
The 'dear friend' part in Ravindra Jadeja's tweet confused a lot of people, and many started wondering whether it is another round of a battle which took place three years ago

Jadeja on Thursday night tweeted a picture of Manjrekar at the presentation ceremony of the League Cricket match with the caption: "Watching my dear friend on screen @sanjaymanjrekar."
The 'dear friend' part in the tweet confused a lot of people, and many started wondering whether it is another round of a battle which took place three years ago when Manjrekar called Jadeja a 'bit and pieces' cricketer.

— Ravindrasinh jadeja (@imjadeja) 1664473613000Things looked quite fine between the two last month at the Asia Cup 2022 presentation ceremony when Manjrekar prefaced his interview with this line: "First question - You are ok to talk to me? Right, Jaddu?". Jadeja then laughed and replied, "Yeah, yeah (laughs). Absolutely!!"
From 'ok to talk' to 'dear friend' was quite a long bit of a way, many thought, and they asked Jadeja about it.
@imjadeja @sanjaymanjrekar What did I just see

The star all-rounder had a solid 2022 before he got injured, both with bat and ball. In nine T20Is this year, Jadeja scored 201 runs in eight innings at an average of 50.25. His best individual score was 46* this year in the format. Besides this, he took five wickets, with best figures of 1/15.
