Rasgullah Chai! Ahmdabad seller's new take on two favourite Indian things splits netizens

We have seen butter chai. There's fruit chai. There's Roohafza Chai too. And an Ahmedabad seller has now created one more variant of India's favourite beverage to the long list of unbelivable, bizarre, mind-boggling tea recipes. Lo and behold, the Rasgullah Chai!

A Twitter user, Mohammed Futurewala, has shared a video of the weird tea recipe on his timeline.

"Targeting Rasgulla and Tea lovers on my Timeline…Have you tried this Rasgullah Chai coming directly from aapnu Amdavad," the Twitter user wrote with three see-no-evil monkey emojis.


"Spread the sweetness," he added furter.

The video, as expected, has garnered thousands of views already, with many bewildered netizens expressing their shock over the weird, never-heard-of combination.

"Can shri Elon Musk ban this guy," pleaded one guy.

Another rather serious Twitter user commented: "I am, sorry but I hate fusion food. I don't find killing the origin of a desert or a beverage as creativity.
Chai is Chai & Rasagulla a sweet meat of Bengal. & Just let it be!"

"It's time to ban both tea and rasagulla," said another.

One user put a big question mark on the video saying that this may have been done just to get views. "Ok! This looks unreal now. A lot of vendors do some atrocious stuff with dishes - I agree. But no one eats like this for sure. Whenever I visit my hometown Ahmedabad, I actually see good food - but these videos are all for Insta attraction."

But there are others who are rather curious and willing to try this fusion.

"Omg delicious! Why dint I think of this b4. My life is made!" said another person.

Many others also commented with weird, funny, or angry emojis.
