Ranveer Singh's upcoming film 'Cirkus' is set to entertain audiences once more. The film had already generated a lot of buzz, but what surprised fans the most was Deepika Padukone's special item number with her husband Ranveer Singh at the end.

In 'Cirkus', the husband and wife can be seen dancing to the song ‘Current Laga Re’. Song's promo was released, On December 7. The full version will be released on December 8.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh posted a teaser for Cirkus' song ‘Current Laga Re’ on social media, informing fans that the full song will be released tomorrow. In the teaser, Ranveer Singh looks dapper in all-black, while Deepika dazzles in pink and green.


As Deepika and Ranveer dance their hearts out, the screen reads, "Get ready for the most electrifying song with the queen of entertainment". The video is also very colourful.

'Cirkus' will feature Ranveer Singh in double roles. This is Ranveer's first appearance in a straight-up comedy directed by Rohit Shetty. The background score, the song titled 'Current', and the vibrant sets all scream 'entertainment’. The trailer gives us a taste of the fun to be had while watching the film, with funny dialogue and slapstick comedy providing the right nostalgic flavour.

'Cirkus' is a film produced and directed by Rohit Shetty and presented by Gulshan Kumar, Bhushan Kumar, and T-Series. Ranveer Singh, Pooja Hegde, Jaqueline Fernandez, Varun Sharma, Siddhartha Jadhav, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Mishra, Murli Sharma, Sulbha Arya, and Vrajesh Hirjee are among the cast members. Cirkus is based on Angoor, a 1982 Hindi film inspired by Shakespeare's 'The Comedy of Errors’.The movie will be released on December 23, 2022 in theatres.
