Ranbir Kapoor's cameo in 'Govinda Naam Mera' surprises fans, see reactions

Ranbir Kapoor made a cameo appearance in Dharma Productions' film Govinda Naam Mera which is released today i.e., December 16. He appears in the dance number 'Bijli,' which also stars Kiara Advani and Vicky Kaushal.

However, it is not the actor's only appearance this year. Ranbir Kapoor was most recently seen in Ayan Mukerji's ambitious sci-fi superhero saga ‘Brahmastra: Part One - Shiva’ earlier this year.

RK can be seen leading the "Bijli" song, with Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani dancing in the background. He is leading the steps to the song's already-famous hook in a scene from the movie's shooting location.


As soon as the movie became available online, fans began gushing about the scene. Unable to contain their excitement, they quickly took over social media. A number of supporters shared clips from the scene where Ranbir made a cameo appearance on Twitter and left only positive comments for him.

One fan commented, "He easily ate the whole movie". Another one wrote, "His Charm is unbeatable". He is so handsome, one commented.




This isn't the first time Ranbir has appeared in a Vicky Kaushal film. He did the same in 'Love Per Square Foot' in 2018, when Vicky was still relatively unknown. Apart from that, Ranbir has appeared in Rajkumar Hirani's PK and Madhuri Dixit's Marathi film Bucket List. This appearance appeared to be retaliation for Madhuri's cameo in Ranbir's blockbuster Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
