Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol's 'Animal' enters Rs 200 crore club in 2 days

Ranbir Kapoor's latest crime drama "Animal" has accumulated a staggering Rs 236 crore at the global box office, according to the film's producers.

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for his work on "Kabir Singh," the movie was released on Friday in multiple languages including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

The production company T-Series shared the impressive two-day earnings of this family crime drama, which was given an A certificate by the CBFC prior to its release. T-Series proudly stated on their platform X, "Rewriting the script of success. 2-day worldwide gross Rs 236 crore."


Apart from Ranbir Kapoor, the pan-Indian film also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, and Triptii Dimri. It revolves around a world of violence, with a troubled relationship at its core, between Ranbir's character Ranvijay Singh and his father Balbir Singh, portrayed by Anil Kapoor.

"Animal" is a joint production by T-Series, Cine1 Studios, and Bhadrakali Pictures, helmed by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Murad Khetani, and Pranay Reddy Vanga.
